2024 SEASON Starts October 21st, 2023

To print the application, click on the text "2024 Membership Form". If you do not have a printer the application can be completed at any SEBRA event if you're 18 years or older. If you're under the age of 18 the membership application must be signed by a parent or legal guardian & notarized. You must complete an application for your membership to be valid.
